#sdc282-only-blue-week-2

I've had a few weeks off again, largely due to working full time at the minute and just not having the time to do anything arty and crafty😭.
But back to it last night and was rather please with this tag that I made with Daniel Torrente's sea horses, lots of backgrounds and mixed media.

The background was made using streaks of blue iridescent acrylic paint, with Indigoblu's bubble stamp stamped on the top in distress oxide.
I stamped on the sea horses and highlighted them in blue fine liners, then blended the colours using Spectrum Noir blendable pencils in different shades of blue. I dribbled on light blue graphix pen and made it run. I then over stamped my sentiments and seaweed and added some blue gems.
The lovely thing about this tag is that because I used distress oxides, it reacted with some of the other pens that I have used, creating some lovely purple, green and blue hues.
